I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the residents for the tremendous support that I received during this campaign for Elk Grove Village trustee. I had the great opportunity to meet many wonderful people and listen to several inspirational stories along the campaign trail.

With this race being over we must come together behind the elected trustees and "Wake up the Mighty Men and Women of Elk Grove Village" in order to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Elk Grove Village is "Worth the Fight For" and we truly are an Exceptional Community.

Every boxer knows that the only way to learn how to box is to get in the ring and box and that is what we did by stepping in the ring for this campaign. We set out on this adventure with a budget of $400 and with that we did the best that we could to reach as many residents as possible. We knew it was a tough battle and that we might not win but that having the chance to meet with residents, listen to your perspective and earn the support that we did was a victory in itself.

In addition to my continued service as a trustee for the Elk Grove Village Library it is my intention to continue to advocate for the residents, so that they may play as large a role as possible in the creation and articulation of public policy within the village and to ensure that residents are heard before the decisions being made. I will be maintaining my website of in order to facilitate conversations with residents over the myriad issues that could arise in the years to come.
