Thanks for help with blood drive

Naperville Township recently sponsored a blood drive through the Heartland Blood donation center. Heartland conveniently provided the township with one of its mobile units, which parked in the township lot.

I was happy to participate, and want to personally express my thanks to the many township staff, citizens and elected officials who stopped by to donate their blood. The blood may be used for cancer patients, bone marrow recipients, and in countless other ways. In doing so, you have selflessly passed on the gift of life.
