Bassi supports the D15 incumbents

Because I served as a member of the District 15 Board from 1987 to 1995, and because all three of my children attended the district schools, I care deeply about the future of CCSD 15.

Folks who live in Palatine Elementary School District 15 should be paying attention to the upcoming April 5 election. The abysmal fiscal condition of the state is going to affect District 15, which has recently come through a turbulent time with several leadership changes and a contentious board situation.

The leadership skills of Jerry Chapman (whom I’ve known for over 20 years), Dr. James Ekeberg (not only a doctor but a businessman as well) and Dave Seiffert (involved not only with District 15 foundation but also the planning commission) will be sorely needed to weather the challenges facing the district.

These three gentlemen have shown long-term commitment to the community, and they possess the honesty and integrity to shepherd the school district through the next four years.

Please pay attention to the records of these fine individuals, and not to any campaign misinformation that is out there. Vote #2, #4, #6 on April 5.
