Already forced to buy insurance?

Why is FICA not unconstitutional? If a federal judge has decided that the federal government cannot force the individual to purchase health insurance, then how come FICA is not unconstitutional?

Is it because it hides under the banner of taxes? I think the “I” in FICA stands for “insurance.” Isn't the government already forcing us to purchase insurance?
