Lombard pool opens early

Paradise Bay Water Park in Lombard will open Saturday, May 29 - a week early - to give pool users a place to cool off over the Memorial Day weekend.

The warm weather this week prompted Lombard Park District officials to make a last-minute decision to push up the pool's opening day, which had been scheduled for June 5.

Paradise Bay Water Park will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday through Monday, May 29-31. Regular hours begin June 5.
