Elginbull; Richard L. Casper, 45, of the 100 block of Briarwood Drive, was charged with trespassing at 2:58 p.m. Monday, according to a police report. He is accused of fishing at a private lake in the Cobblers' Crossing subdivision along Ripple Brook Court. Casper insisted he had permission and refused to leave. He is due in court on May 25.bull; Kurt C. Becker, 46, of the 300 block of Hubbard Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday for ringing the owner of Paul's Restaurant and threatening to kill him, police said.
