  • Boy, 3, hit by car while trick-or-treating Nov 1, 2014 7:50 PM
    A 3-year-old boy was struck and injured by a car while trick-or-treating Friday in Winnetka. Police in Winnetka say the accident happened at 6 p.m. Friday when the boy ran into the street. He was taken to Evanston Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
