COD Students Creating Culinary Delights for Lunch, Dinner and the Market
Sep 27, 2016 5:15 PM - College of DuPage students are serving up culinary creations this fall in Waterleaf and the Culinary Market. The student-run Waterleaf serves fresh regional American cuisine prepared by students in the Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. Lunch seatings are at 11:15, 11:30 and 11:45 a.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, Sept. 8 to Dec. 2. Featured fare this fall is California, Sept. 8 to 23; New England, Sept. 29 to Oct. 14; Central Farmlands, Oct. 20 to Nov. 4; and Mid-Atlantic, Nov. 10 to Dec. 2. The cost is $17 for lunch, and menus can be viewed here.
