    A 36-year-old DuPage County man and a Chicago woman are facing federal mortgage fraud charges stemming a yearlong undercover FBI sting. George Dravilas, who lives in an unincorporated part of DuPage County near Bloomingdale, is accused of selling apartments on Chicago's South Side for inflated prices and kicking back $100,000 to undercover straw buyers after submitting fraudulent mortgage documents.
