Dancing in the Streets at Round Lake Park Summer Festival

The village of Round Lake Park will hold its Dancing in the Streets Summer Festival Saturday, Aug. 18.

The event runs from 1-10 p.m., on the Round Lake Park Lake Front, at 203 E. Lake Shore Drive, Round Lake Park.

The festival offers fun for the whole family, including food, games, crafts, boat rides, a bouncy house and more.

Live entertainment includes magician Brent Allan from 2-3 p.m. and Christian children's entertainer and balloon artist Master Ron and Kat Beringer who will be painting faces, both from 2-5 p.m.

Musical performances scheduled include R&B music from Jonelle Glori, Elder Kaos performing classic rock of the '60s-'80s, and country music by Joe Powers.

The festival is free to attend, though food and drinks and some rides for the kids will require ticket purchase.
