April 'Images' highlights 2 Distinguished Alumni, Chaparral Fitness tips

"Images," College of DuPage's monthly one-half hour television show, features in its April edition segments on two recent honorees of the Distinguished Alumni Awards Program and an exercise tip from Chaparral Fitness.

Each month, "Images" highlights the personalities, news and curriculum of a vibrant College of DuPage campus. The show airs on 13 area cable television stations.

The April "Images" highlights Tom Krieglstein and Marsela Jorgolli, two Distinguished Alumni Awards Program honorees. Krieglstein, an entrepreneur and internationally known keynote speaker, reflects on his opportunity to give back and offer guidance to students. Jorgolli, a Harvard graduate and respected biophysicist, shares the importance of lessons learned during her time at College of DuPage.

The show also features a segment from COD's Chaparral Fitness, with a quick tip on how to complete a supine pull-up, a variation of a classic upper body exercise.

Images airs at various times on cable television stations in Downers Grove, Wheaton, Addison, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Glendale Heights, Bartlett, Lemont, Elk Grove, Darien, Aurora and West Chicago. Check local cable listings for times and channels.
