The Goddard School Hosts Fifth Annual Charity Event

David and Donna Raye, on-site owners of The Goddard School located in Third Lake, IL, hosts fifth annual event to benefit a local charity. This year's 1970's themed-event was held at The Viper Alley in Lincolnshire and featured music from Elton John. All proceeds benefit children of The Special Needs District of Lake County (SEDOL).

The Raye's helped raise more than $55,000 for SEDOL. Owners and Directors from multiple Goddard Schools in the area were also in attendance including locations in Round Lake, Schaumburg, Darien, Aurora, Mokena, Pleasant Prairie and Hawthorn Woods.

The Schools recognize the significance of giving back and being a part of their community through aiding those less fortunate. At The Goddard School, laying the foundation to good citizenship is fostered through the development of four essential skills: friendship, compassion, cooperation and kindness.
