Hanover Township hosts wellness expo Sept. 14

Hanover Township, Cook County Commissioner Timothy O. Schneider and Victory Centre of Bartlett will host the 10th annual "Just for the Health of It" community health and wellness expo from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Hanover Township William Tiknis Campus, 240 S. IL Route 59 in Bartlett. Free and open to the public, residents can take advantage of over a dozen free health screenings for bone density, veins, hearing and more.

Attendees also will be able to participate in raffles, chair massages and free food samplings. Back this year will be a kids area with a petting zoo, bouncy castle and face painting.
