What's the buzz at Spring Valley Nature Center?

Dive into the world of insects through games, pictures and activities to discover what makes insects unique.

Buzzin' About Insects is a drop-in program that is set for noon to 3 p.m. July 9 at Spring Valley Nature Center, 1111 E. Schaumburg Road.

"Insects are more than just pesky little creatures," said Mary Rice, environmental education coordinator. "The games and activities are designed to teach how complex insects really are, so we can understand and appreciate their unique qualities."

Drop by the Nature Center to partake in the planned activities, hike or explore Spring Valley.
