GLASA Gala: Bikes, Blues, & Bourbon

Lake Forest, IL - The Lake Shore Harley Davidson in Libertyville is slated to host the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association's annual benefit - GLASA Gala Bikes, Blues, & Bourbon. Join GLASA supporters on Saturday, April 29th from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM for a night full of fun activities such as Whiskey Tasting Bar, Photo Booth, Simulated Harley Rides, Silent & Live Auctions, Cocktails, Dancing, and music by Blues & Motown Band David Weld and the Imperial Flames. The evening will also include the premier of GLASA's new video.

The purpose of GLASA's annual gala is to raise funds for year-round, daily adaptive sports programming and to help provide financial assistance for GLASA athletes who utilize the Athlete Scholarship Fund. GLASA not only provides adaptive sports and recreational programs, but education, leadership and training services as well. By attending the gala, you are helping individuals with physical or visual disabilities have opportunities for inclusive recreation, fitness and competitive sports activities.

The night will include food and spirits donated from local restaurants that represent a variety of cuisines and cultures. Participating restaurants include: Francesca's Intimo, MLG, 545 North, Pizzeria Deville, Catering by Kenny, Shakou, Nick's Bar & Grill, The Green Room, Jewel Events Catering, and Kloss Distributing. Desserts and coffee will be offered by Food for Thought, Bent Fork, and Reprise Coffee Roasters. This evening is one you and your taste buds will not want to miss!
