Girls soccer: Geneva takes down East Aurora
Stephanie Howe and Caitlin Farrell scored 2 goals each to lead Geneva to a 7-0 girls soccer win over East Aurora Tuesday.
Also scoring for the Vikings (2-0) were Sydney Gratz, Ava Geen and Jenna Dominguez. Kaitlyn Cannon had 2 assists while Howe, Gratz and Anna Spindle had one each.
Katie Montgomery made 1 save in goal for the shutout.
CL Central 2, Huntley 1: Avery Fitzgerald scored Huntley's goal off an assist from Madelynn Hill in this Fox Valley Conference game. Jenna Franklin had 6 saves in goal for the Red Raiders (0-1, 0-1).
