Girls volleyball: Antioch wins Harvard's invitational

Antioch's girls volleyball team won all five of its matches in winning the Harvard invitational on Saturday.

The Sequoits improved to 16-7-1 with wins over Galena (22-25, 25-20, 15-13), Round Lake (25-13, 25-18), Mooseheart (25-12 25-10), Harvard (25-12, 25-10) and Vernon Hills (26-24 26-24).

Kat Barr and Cenie Frieson led the way for Antioch. Barr had 36 kills, 16 digs and 8 blocks, while Frieson totaled 38 kills, 46 assists, 10 aces and 10 digs. The Sequoits' other contributors included Breanne Kramer (18 kills, 2 aces), Brianna Vettese (55 digs, 9 assists), Grace Weber (9 kills, 8 blocks) and Kennedy Moll (42 assists, 5 aces).
