Top-seeded Barrington (32-3) will play the winner of Thursday's game between No. 4 Hampshire and No. 5 Dundee-Crown in Saturday's 11 a.m. championship.

Nursing a 2-1 lead, a one-out line drive single to right field by sophomore Kendall Peterson (2-for-4, 2 runs) ignited the 6-run fifth inning in which the Mid-Suburban League champions sent 10 batters to the plate.

Other multiple hitters for the Fillies were Haley Luczak (2-for-3, 2 RBI) and Rachel Mori (2-for-3, RBI).
