An Elgin man was sentenced today to seven years in prison for his sixth drunken driving offense. Cirilo R. Goytia, 42, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol in exchange for the sentence approved by Circuit Court Judge Grant S. Wegner.
