Learn about writing comic books at Libertyville museum

Daily Herald reporter and comic book writer Russell Lissau will lead a program called "The Writing Life" at the Dunn Museum in Libertyville on Thursday, June 20. Lissau, whose credits include "The Batman Strikes" and "Strawberry Shortcake," will talk about working in comics and the creative process. The 6:30 p.m. program coincides with the "Marvelocity: The Art of Alex Ross" exhibit at the museum, 1899 W. Winchester Road. It's free to attend, thanks to sponsorship from USG.
