Cars and fun combine in Libertyville

Cook and Church Streets in downtown Libertyville were hopping as Car Fun on 21 returned Wednesday.

It was opening night for the car show that features vintage cars 25 years or older in mint condition.

About 50 cars lined Church Street as people enjoyed a picture perfect night checking out the car collection.

The event continues one Wednesday a month though September.

Upcoming dates are: June 20, July 18, August 15, and September 19.

Registration is free and opens at 5 p.m. on the event dates.
