Palatine library with ways for teens to relieve final exam stress

Palatine Public Library District will be offering high school students ways to relieve their stress during finals week. From 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 21, teens give their stressed brain a rest in Story Room C for a virtual reality break. They can enjoy some competitive fun with a round of Danger Ball or play Ocean Descent. From 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, Meditation Chicago will teach three ways to meditate with breathing, mantra with beads and kirtan.
