Blueprint 220 meeting May 12 at Barrington High School

Barrington Area Unit District 220 on Saturday, May 12, will offer the first of three opportunities for residents to give feedback on a draft of a long-range facilities plan.

Blueprint 220 will be the focus of the meeting set for 9 a.m. at Barrington High School's guidance resource center, 616 W. Main St.

District 220 board members over the past few months have refined the tentative master-facilities plan for the high school, middle schools and elementary buildings. If the plan is approved, the board would address potential funding methods.

Officials said the final plan is expected to be decided by voters through a ballot question.
