Carpentersville

• A Fitbit, a folding knife with a seat belt cutter and about $3 in change were reported stolen Monday out of a vehicle parked in the 1800 block of Endicott Circle.

• An air compressor, a generator, a power washer, an air hose and a table saw were reported stolen Monday from a garage in the 0-100 block of Evergreen Lane.

• A juvenile was charged Sunday with retail theft, police said. He is accused of stealing $8 worth of merchandise from Kohl's in Spring Hill Mall.

• A 13-year-old boy was charged Saturday with retail theft, police said. He is accused of stealing a $10 water bottle from Kohl's in Spring Hill Mall.

• Jose A. DeLeon, 18, of Carpentersville, and a juvenile were each charged Saturday with unlawful possession of cannabis, police said. While responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Austin Avenue, officers found them in possession of a combined 3.4 grams of a substance containing marijuana, reports said.

• A wallet containing credit cards and a driver's license was reported stolen Jan. 25 from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue.

• Zofia Magiera, 70, of Lake in the Hills, was charged Jan. 24 with retail theft, Carpentersville police said. She is accused of stealing $26 worth of merchandise from Woodman's on Randall Road.

• Jaymin S. Pope, 20, of Carpentersville, and a juvenile were each charged Jan. 24 with retail theft, police said. They are accused of stealing $330 worth of merchandise from Kohl's in Spring Hill Mall.
