Woodstock fire displaces 3 people, kills 5 pets
A mobile home fire in Woodstock Tuesday morning displaced three people and killed five pets, officials said.
The fire occurred at 11:38 a.m. on the 1100 north block of Queen Anne Road, said Capt. Brendan Parker of the Woodstock Fire Department, and about 50 percent of the mobile home was on fire when they arrived.
The mobile home's three occupants and their two dogs were rescued without injury. Three cats, an iguana and a gecko died in the fire. Investigators don't believe the fire was set intentionally, Parker said.
