Bakers sought for Hawthorn PTO fundraiser
The Hawthorn PTO is seeking bakers for its winter bake sale, taking place from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, at Hawthorn Middle School South, 600 Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills.
Volunteers also are needed to set up tables, sell the treats and clean up afterward. All proceeds will be donated to the PTO and District 73 schools and students.
Drop off is from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 7 curb side at the school, or from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8 inside. Visit http://www.signupgenius.com/ to sign up.
