• Naperville will observe Veterans Day with a remembrance ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Veterans Park on Gartner Avenue across the street from Grace United Methodist Church. The Naperville Municipal Band will perform patriotic music. Info: (630) 355-7664.
• A Veterans Day Breakfast and Ceremony is 8 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Salt Creek Golf Club, 701 W. Thorndale Ave., Wood Dale. Breakfast from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Ceremony immediately follows at Veterans Memorial Park, 269 W. Irving Park Road, Wood Dale. Info: wooddale.com.

• A Veterans Day Parade starts at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Benton and Broadway in Aurora, and ends at the Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall for an "Honoring All Who Served" ceremony.
