Touch a truck, paint a pumpkin Oct. 14 in downtown Libertyville

Pumpkinfest 2017, in combination with the 16th annual Touch the Trucks event, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 14 at Cook Park on Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Libertyville. Paint a pumpkin, live entertainment and more is part of the event hosted by the Libertyville Junior Woman's Club. Bring a donation for the Libertyville Township food pantry and receive a free pumpkin. Kids can climb aboard a fire truck, cherry picker or other municipal vehicle for Touch the Trucks sponsored by Cook Park Library.
