Car catches fire in Lake County garage

Fire officials are investigating a garage fire that occurred Friday night in the 29000 block of Cleek Court in an unincorporated area near Mundelein.

The Countryside Fire Protection District was dispatched at approximately 7 p.m.

Firefighters said the fire was contained to a vehicle in the attached garage and was under control within 15 minutes of units arriving on the scene.

There were no injuries.

Firefighters from the Mundelein and Grayslake Fire departments assisted.
