Antioch family hopes to create warm, inviting space

When we moved into our house two years ago, we had great plans for this space, where we congregate often with our family and friends. We have gotten too busy with our four children and would love a makeover of this area.

Brick pavers and a short wall with a fire pit sound wonderful. We also would like to plant some evergreen bushes to create some privacy.

Thank you for considering us!

The Karasek family has a nicely sized patio with a lot of potential, but it lacks shade, seating and overall functionality.

Suggestions

• Bring relaxing entertainment, comfort and luxury to the patio with a fire pit table with deep-seating lounge chairs. The patio is a great place to gather around on a beautiful summer or fall evening!

• A section of the patio can also be used for dining/entertaining. To bring in some shade, we suggest six chairs around an oval umbrella table. Create the perfect place for family to gather for dinner or for guests to come on over for a barbecue.

• And, of course, you will need a grill. We carry tons of grills by Solaire, Memphis, Weber, Broilmaster and more. And you can choose from our grills on display: natural/propane gas, charcoal and pellet grills. Food and fun for everyone!

Cusioned seating around a fire table, above, and an umbrella table, below, are both great options for this homeowner.
Northwest Metalcraft in Arlington Heights sells a wide range of outdoor grills.
