Two key advantages
Since the last presidential election, I have become more active in politics and have met four of the Democratic gubernatorial candidates: Robert Daiber, JB Pritzker, Chris Kennedy and Daniel Biss. And, like the Daily Herald endorsement of Kennedy said, "all seem to be good decent men," all men that I could support as governor. But there are two things that separate Daniel Biss from the rest. First, he is the only Democratic candidate with any legislative experience.
And secondly, he is not a billionaire or a millionaire. Since I feel that the two biggest "cancers" in our current political landscape are "big money in politics" and our system of "gerrymandering political districts," I cannot advocate for getting big money out of politics while still voting for Mr. Pritzker or Mr. Kennedy.
