Who is 'rogue' in modern nuclear era?

Somewhere around 1964 or '65, when I was still a citizen of India in Bombay, as an engineering student at Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute of University Of Bombay, I recall speaking as one of a number of chosen speakers on the subject of the nuclear arsenal at the time.

The core of the arguments really involved only the USA and the USSR then.

Raised in the tradition of non-violence, my words were against any proliferation of atomic bombs.

Now as a longtime citizen of the USA and a hybrid American for almost 53 years, I have seen the number of countries with nuclear weapons increase.

Some border on being rogue, probably waiting for some irresponsible person to push down on the super-super-super-charged, super-dynamite like an explosive over the bodies of hundreds of thousands of humans.

Presently as a visitor in India, enjoying its serene environment of the music-laden concert season, and reading worriedly about the alarming boast of who has the bigger button, I wonder, "Is my country turning into becoming rogue?"
