Obama spent first term blaming Bush

Mr. Minnerick thinks the Republicans should ignore the incompetent man in the White House and work with the Democrats.

Side note: the Dems must feel terrible that their candidate could not beat this incompetent man. He lists the problems to be solved as fixing Obamacare, rebuilding our infrastructure, improving public education and help student with massive college debt (Hey, we all have debts), detour Russian expansion, reform tax laws that favor the wealthy, and sanctioning China to have them persuade North Korea to shut down their nuclear missile program.

I agree all these should be worked on, but didn't all these problems exist under the Obama administration?

Was Mr. Minnerick then calling for Democrats to work with Republicans? As I remember Obama spent his first term blaming George Bush for the problems he had.
