Kane is Able leases distribution facility

Itasca-based ML Realty Partners said the firm has leased a 371,994 square foot distribution facility to Kane is Able Inc. at Heritage Crossing, 14630 South 147th Court in Lockport.

Kane Is Able, a 3PL warehousing, transportation and supply chain logistics company, chose Heritage Crossing for this location due to many features including visibility along I-355 and the 36-foot clear height of the facility.

"Companies like Kane is Able know they will get a consistent, high quality product within a master-planned development like Heritage Crossing that can accommodate their operational growth," said Patrick Shannon, vice president of ML Realty Partners. "We are pleased to welcome our newest tenant to the park."

Trent Smith and Eric Beichler of Mohr Partners represented Kane is Able, and Dan Leahy, Mark Moran, and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.

ML Realty Partners is a long-term real estate investor who focuses on both the acquisition and development of industrial real estate in the Central United States.
