A look inside a $4M Chicago condo reportedly purchased by Chance the Rapper

Chance the Rapper is reportedly buying a $4 million Streeterville condo that a Rosemont company photographed for the real estate listings.

The award-winning song artist, also known for his charitable donations to Chicago Public Schools, is buying the two-bedroom property at 600 N. Fairbanks Court, according to a Crain's Chicago Business.

The condo features floor-to-ceiling windows and views capturing more than 300 degrees, according to the real estate listing. The condo's listing agent, Caryl Dillon of Compass, did not want to comment on the property that is under contract for just over $4 million.

Rosemont-based VHT Studios, a large real estate photography and visual marketing company, photographed the luxurious property. The firm has photographed more than 10 million rooms over the past 20 years and is excited about the reported news.

The condo, listed at $4.5 million, features a soundproof media room equipped with a specialized exhaust system for cigars. It is the only interior room in the home allowing for total darkness for movie watching or playing music, loudly.

Three parking spaces, priced at $75,000 each, are available with the contemporary-style condo.
