Downers Grove shopping center sold
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation's Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Main Street Square in Downers Grove.
The 56,120-square-foot property was purchased by St. Louis - based Bianco Properties. Main Street Square is located at the intersection of Butterfield Road and Finley Road.
The center includes a diverse lineup of tenants including Duluth Trading Company, Outback Steakhouse, Zoup, America's Best and is shadow anchored by Kohl's.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation's Principal Joe Girardi was the exclusive broker in the transaction on behalf of a Denver - based private investor.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation is a member of Mid-America Real Estate Group, a ChainLinks affiliate headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace.
