Office housing Essendant headquarters sold in Deerfield

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced the sale of One Parkway North, a 273,934-square-foot, class A office building in Deerfield that houses Essendant.

Renovated in 2016, the five-story building is 92.7 percent leased and serves as the global headquarters for Essendant, formerly known as United Stationers, and a national wholesale distributor of workplace essentials.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, One Parkway Partners, an affiliate of H2E, Horn Eichenwald Investments Corp., a Miami-based company.

One Parkway North is located within the Toby-award winning Parkway North Center, adjacent to the Tri-State Tollway in Chicago's North Suburban submarket.

On-site amenities include a fitness center, cafeteria and heated executive parking, which is complemented by the adjacent Marriott Suites.

The HFF investment advisory team representing the seller was led by directors Bryan Rosenberg and Patrick Shields and senior managing directors Jaime Fink, Jeff Bramson and Mark Katz.

HFF and its affiliates operate out of 25 offices and are a provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services to the global commercial real estate industry.
