Moretti's Rosemont location to open Friday

Moretti's Ristorante & Pizzeria is opening its eighth location at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, at 9519 W. Higgins Road in the newly renamed Moretti's Rosemont Plaza, one block west of River Road on the south side of Higgins Road.

Moretti's will offer dine-in, carry out and delivery, as well as full-service catering and hosted private events. Its 10,000-square-foot dining establishment will accommodate up to 200 people. There is a 50-seat semiprivate dining room, a 25-seat island bar, and seating for more than 150 people in the outdoor garden, which includes three extra bright daytime-viewing TVs plus a canopied bar area.

The restaurant will have more than 30 65-inch or larger HD TVs and live DJs will play hits from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. several nights a week. Moretti's specializes in classic Italian and American cuisine. It will open 3 p.m. daily through Sept. 15, at which point opening time will move to 11 a.m. More information is at www.MorettisRestaurants.com.
