Navistar recognized with web design awards

LISLE - RBA, a national digital and technology consultancy, and Navistar were recognized with two Gold Horizon Interactive Awards in the "corporate and B2B" and "responsive/mobile design" categories for the website for International Trucks, the flagship brand of Navistar.

The Horizon Interactive Awards is an international media competition offering awards for the best interactive media solutions including websites, mobile applications, print media, interactive displays, public exhibits, online advertising, video, email and more. The award winners highlight the "best of the best" in interactive media production from 2016.

Minneapolis-based RBA led technical implementation and served as developer and project manager for the website. The new International Trucks website was built with a responsive mobile experience for all features, including inventory listings and live chat. Easy navigation was developed to allow content throughout the site to be just "one click away."

"We're honored to have received two Gold Horizon Interactive Awards for the International Trucks website," stated Bryan Sorensen, Senior Director of Digital Strategy and eBusiness, Navistar. "The recognition is a validation of our continuous efforts to innovate and provide a best-in-class customer experience."

The 15th annual competition saw over 1,200 entries from around the world including 40 out of 50 U.S. States and 20 countries. An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds evaluated categories ranging from online advertising to mobile applications.

In 2014, RBA and Navistar were recognized with a Silver Horizon Interactive Award for the International Trucks website.

"It's exciting to have been recognized for our work with our partner of more than seven years, Navistar," said Eric Raarup, Vice President of Digital Experience, RBA.
