Barrington High School gets national recognition from Apple

Apple Inc. has named Barrington High School an Apple Distinguished School for 2018-21 in recognition of its One to World initiative, which provides all students with a MacBook Air 11-inch laptop computers.

An Apple Distinguished School is considered innovative and inspiring creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. Barrington High is a client of the tech giant.

"We recognize that the changing needs of our students and the world for which we prepare them demand of us that we continually audit our practices and push ourselves to be better." Barrington High Principal Stephen McWilliams said.
