West Virginia adds Clemson DT Robinson as grad transfer

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia has added Clemson graduate transfer Jabril Robinson to its roster.

West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen announced Robinson's addition Thursday. He will be eligible to play immediately.

Robinson graduated in December with a degree in parks, recreation and tourism management. He finished with 19 tackles in 11 games last season.

Robinson is a welcome addition to a unit that lost defensive linemen Adam Shuler and Lamonte McDougle. Both are transferring.

Robinson joins Kenny Bigelow Jr., a Southern Cal graduate transfer who joined West Virginia in late March.
