Grains mostly higher and livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were all mostly higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 8.80 cents at $4.5740 a bushel; May corn was up 1.20 cents at $3.8960 bushel; May oats gained 1.60 cents at $2.33 a bushel while May soybeans was off 1.20 cents at $10.43 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell .98 cent at $1.1245 a pound; Apr feeder cattle was up .12 cent at $1.3145 a pound; April lean hogs was off 2.93 cents at .5285 a pound.
