Naperville Chamber to honor Four Under 40

The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Four Under 40 Achievement Awards to recognize four young professionals in the Naperville community who demonstrate excellence in Leadership in Community, Leadership in Business, Excellence in Career and Life Balance.

The awards will be given during the general membership luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, April 24, at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville, 3003 Corporate West Drive, Lisle.

The luncheon will acknowledge the following honorees: Ian Holzhauer of Nagle Obarski P.C., Mike Isaac of Third Party Pet, Rich Janor of Janor Sports and Tom Peters of CBRE Inc.

"As a business organization, we need to acknowledge our upcoming community leaders and foster their continued growth," chamber President Nicki Anderson said. "We have amazing young professionals in this community, and we're proud to celebrate their contributions both personally and professionally."

Keynote speaker Kelly Douglas, CEO of Itzy Ritzy, will share her story of founding and growing the Naperville-based juvenile products company. She serves as co-CEO with her husband, Brian. She will provide attendees with an insider's peek into how to make big bigger on a limited budget, as well as how to strategically connect with your target demographic via social media and convert excitement into sales.
