Third-grade Chinese Immersion students stage first-ever play in Chinese
Third graders in the Chinese Immersion program at Campanelli School staged their first-ever play in Chinese March 24 to showcase their progress in language acquisition and development.
The play, "A Monkey and a Crab Family," was based on a story the students had read during acceleration time. The students created the props and wrote the script, which included some English narration between scenes. The play was performed for all Campanelli students and staff, and families were invited as well.
