Officials believe two men broke into a gun store on the 500 block of North Oakhurst Drive at 12:05 a.m. and smashed several display cases, took an undisclosed number of guns, and fled south on O'Brien Drive. It is unclear weather the men got into a car, authorities said.

Some of the handguns were found on the ground about 7:40 a.m. Tuesday on the 3100 block of O'Brien Drive, according to a news release form the Aurora Police Department.
