Big weekend at Gene & Georgetti

McAlister's Deli's spring menu

Spring has sprung at McAlister's Deli locations where the menu reflects new seasonal ingredients like the black cherry spinach salad - spinach topped with grilled chicken, bacon, dried cherries, Gorgonzola, candied pecans, house-made balsamic red onions and black cherry vinaigrette for $9.11. And the garden fresh black cherry and ham sandwich - Black Forest ham and Swiss with spinach, house-made balsamic red onions and black cherry honey mustard on a nine-grain bread for $6.49. Devon Seafood + Steak's crabcakes entree

Jumbo lump crabcakes often make the appetizer menu, but Devon Seafood + Steak takes them to the next level: an entree of crabcakes. Through Lent, try the fresh lump crabmeat seasoned with Old Bay, clarified butter, egg, mayo and parsley, and baked Maryland-style served with house rémoulade and tartar sauces, whipped yukon gold potatoes and grilled asparagus for $32. LongHorn Steakhouse's new menu items

LongHorn Steakhouse recently updated its menu items. They include the 14-ounce Delmonico, a fire-grilled rib-eye with choice of side and hand-chopped salad for $23.99; grilled lamp chops, a marinated bone-in lamb chop grilled over an open flame and topped with roasted tomato Bordelaise atop roasted garlic potatoes and wilted spinach for $19.99; or the seasoned steakhouse wings appetizer with crispy chicken wings, seasoning, blue cheese dressing and Buffalo-style sauce for $9.79; or the whole roasted carrots in cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with whiskey caramel butter for $4.79.
