More Lotto dreams

Every time a lottery ticket is sold, each person hopes they win. Why not fulfill the hopes of many instead of just one winning ticket? Giving one person millions of dollars, why not set a one million mark so that many can win. To give one person millions is so wrong. If the lottery reaches $400 million, just think of all the good it would do to have 400 people win $1 million each. I am one that always hopes even to win $500 let alone $1 million. Give more people their dreams.
