Chicago Bears re-sign Wilson

The Chicago Bears added some depth to their defensive line by re-signing C.J. Wilson to a one-year contract.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound, seven-year veteran played in six games for the Bears last season, including one start, after he was signed in November. He had 11 tackles and 1 sack.

Wilson has played in 84 NFL games, including 20 starts. He has career totals of 122 tackles, including 17 behind the line of scrimmage, 7½ sacks, 1 pass breakup and 1 fumble recovery.

Wilson played his first four seasons with the Green Bay Packers, who drafted him in the seventh round (230th overall) out of East Carolina in 2010.
