At Work teams not afraid to try new things

The At Work teams are ready to try anything!

From spin classes to kickboxing, no one can stop the teams from dropping the pounds.

Blythe Marinelli, team captain of Heavy Hitters from the Salvation Army Central Territory, with her team member Sandi Hartman, have committed to going to the Fitness Center after work every Tuesday and Thursday to do three miles of walk aerobics.

Members Priscila Lopez and Anna Figueroa of team Thinner Winners, from CrossCountry Mortgage, attended an At Work boot camp class at Push Fitness, and "felt the burn for four days after!"

Other teams have found creative ways to use their workplace as a fitness room. They are doing squats in the hallways, pushups in the break room or hitting the gym on their lunch break and all are vying to be the team with the most weight lost.
