Prospect Heights Library hosts free expert advice for preschool parents

The new "POP, Parents of Pre-Schoolers" group is for parents of children birth- age 5 to talk, enjoy refreshments, and learn about various aspects of child development from local experts. It is also a great place to meet other parents and support one another in learning what's best for young children. Supervised playtime is available while the group is meeting.

In recent months, the Prospect Heights Public Library has hosted different experts on several topics parents expressed an interest in learning more about. These topics included attachment parenting, healthy eating, bedtime blues and potty training.
